Introduction:

When building a Web Site, there are many aspects of development and content creation which must take place. One method is to treat the site as a classic development project where you use Source Code and Revision Control Systems (like SCCS or RCS), Development Tools, Testing Tools, Debuggers and Profilers. Some people use tools which can simulate user interaction and can automatically detect variations seen with varying keystrokes and displayed output. Wouldn't it be nice if such tools also existed for Web development? Tools that could not only help you assemble the content and programs required for vary large web sites, but could also do everything from checking links to simulating varying amounts of user load? Such tools do exist and Segue makes a suite of them.
