We plan to have Gregory Shapiro (Senior Engineer and author of the USENIX 8.10 paper) and Claus Assmann (Senior Engineer) on a conference bridge to handle the extreme technical questions untenable by Roger. Greg and Claus are two of the top Open Source engineers at Sendmail (almost equals, some say equals, of Eric Allman).
