UNIGROUP GENERAL MEETING
MEETING INTRODUCTION
Unigroup's November 2020 meeting will be an invite-only update on Intel Technology, presented by Intel, in the same manner as our past Intel Technology Roadmap presentations. Our speaker is Charles Milo from Intel, who has given us a series of excellent technical presentations in recent years.
This will be Unigroup's second-in-40-years 100% ONLINE meeting. Our thanks go to Intel for helping us set up this ONLINE meeting.
Note: This ONLINE meeting is Unigroup-Invite-Only, and will be open to Unigroup/Unilist members, and at no charge, but RSVPs with working EMails are mandatory, since we will have to send out Virtual Meeting connection information (which is to be kept confidential).

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Charles Milo - Senior Staff Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, Intel.

Charles Milo has been at Intel 20+ years, and is a member of Intel's Senior
Staff. Charles covers many of the large financial customers in the NYC
area and has been responsible for technical presentations & trainings,
benchmarking, performance tuning and competitive analysis and software
products and solutions that support Intel architectures. Charles has
architected solutions such as Redhat, OpenStack, Openshift, VMware
ESXi, Cloud/Container technologies (i.e. Kubernetes, Docker, Mesos,
Mesosphere, CoreOS), Big Data (i.e. Cloudera, Spark, Big DL and Storage
solutions (i.e. Scale I/O and, Datera) which allows him to design
solutions for his FSI customers. In addition, Charles worked closely
with each of the cloud service providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure,
Google Cloud & RackSpace. Charles was a keynote speaker at Rackspace

Charles has been deeply involved in understanding customer issues and
provides feedback to Intel architects on the next generation Intel
processors. Due to his outstanding knowledge of Intel systems, he has
received three of the most prestigious awards from Intel, Intel's
Customer Excellence Award, Intel's Achievement Award and Intel's Hall
of Fame Award.

Unigroup is a Professional Technical Organization and User Group, and its members pay a yearly membership fee. For Unigroup members, there is usually no additional charges (ie. no meeting fees) during their membership year. Non-members who wish to attend Unigroup meetings are usually required to pay a "Single Meeting Fee".
